DESTINY PREPARATORY ACADEMY

was a dream implanted into the heart of Mrs. Mia after fifteen years in the public education and early childhood school settings. The more Mrs. Mia learned at the University of Florida surrounding equitable and socially just schooling, and  research based best practices of hands-on learning experiences in the areas of Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, the Arts, and Mathematics (S.T.R.E.A.M.), she realized the need for students to experience a balanced curriculum.

"Soaring to Our Destiny," represents the belief that every child can learn and deserves hands on, fun, and real world experiences to help them reach their full potential in school and beyond!
